is completed.
1. Operator and contact
HOSIAS (Business Experience Together) ("HOSIAS", "we", "us") is operated by:
Magdalena Ciombor
Spokojna 2C
32-010 Wilków
Poland
Email: [HOSIAS CONTACT EMAIL]
These Terms govern access to and use of the HOSIAS website, application and related electronic services.
2. What HOSIAS is
HOSIAS is a business experience intelligence platform designed to help eligible members make better business decisions by showing what happened when other businesses faced structurally similar situations.
HOSIAS may provide, among other things:
- business Experience records contributed by members;
- AI-assisted structuring and synthesis of business experience;
- Ask HOSIAS, Decision Space and evidence-based intelligence;
- private Decision records, evidence snapshots, actions, outcomes and later follow-ups;
- qualified matching between a member's business problem and relevant experience;
- problem-bound threads and conversations created in connection with qualified matches;
- business profiles and contextual business information;
- private Notes;
- operational notifications, including notifications about qualified matches;
- multilingual and machine-translation functions where enabled, including translated Experience/Intelligence and cross-language problem-bound conversations;
- support and account-management functions.
HOSIAS is not a general social network. It does not provide a public directory of members or unrestricted messaging. Access to other members arises only through functions and contexts permitted by HOSIAS, including problem-bound threads and qualified matches.
3. Eligibility
You may create an account only if you:
- are at least 18 years old; and
- have real business decision-making experience, meaning that you
currently or previously:
- owned, founded or co-founded a real business; or
- held a senior executive role with real responsibility for business decisions and outcomes, such as CEO, Managing Director or a comparable executive role.
HOSIAS is not intended for people whose only connection to a business is ordinary employment or management without the level of decision-making responsibility described above.
4. Registration, email confirmation and verification
The registration form may be publicly accessible, but registration does not automatically grant full membership.
To use HOSIAS as a full member, you must:
- create an account using a valid email address and password;
- confirm your email address;
- provide the information required for verification;
- accept the current versions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy; and
- be verified and accepted by HOSIAS.
Verification may include business/company name, country, business registration number or company ID, your role in the business, whether the role is current or former, the relevant period of association where needed, and relevant business context. A member may be associated with more than one current or former business, and more than one eligible member may be associated with the same business at different times. Your role may include Owner, Founder, Co-founder, CEO, Managing Director, Other executive role or another role specified by you.
HOSIAS will normally verify eligibility using the information you provide, business registration data and publicly available business/professional information. HOSIAS does not require document uploads as the default verification method. If eligibility cannot otherwise be confirmed, HOSIAS may request limited additional evidence. We will request only what is reasonably necessary for verification.
After email confirmation and before approval, your account may have Verification pending status. In that state, access is limited to completing the required profile/verification steps and account functions such as sign-out. You do not have access to Ask HOSIAS, Experiences, member content or threads.
If verification is rejected, your account may have Verification rejected status. You may correct or supplement the information and submit verification again. Rejection does not automatically delete the account.
Verification means that HOSIAS has completed its eligibility process. It is not an endorsement, certification of expertise, or guarantee that every statement made by a member is accurate.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account unless caused by HOSIAS's failure to apply legally required security measures.
You must notify HOSIAS promptly if you reasonably suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not sell, transfer, share or make your account available to another person.
6. Profile and business context
HOSIAS may know information necessary to verify you and understand the context of your experience without making all of that information visible to other members.
When HOSIAS displays your profile, Experience or match context to another eligible member in a context permitted by the Service, the following business-context information is intended to remain visible because it is material to the usefulness and comparability of the experience:
- industry;
- role;
- country;
- company/team size, using these ranges: Solo / 1 person; 2–10; 11–50; 51–200; 201–500; 500+;
- company stage: Early stage / startup; Growth; Established / mature; Exit / sold; Closed / failed.
You decide whether to reveal identifying information such as your full name, company name, profile photo, links and other identifying details, subject to any information that HOSIAS must retain internally for verification, security or legal reasons.
A profile photo is optional and is not required for verification or membership.
HOSIAS does not create a general public member directory. Member-facing information is shown only within the access model and product contexts permitted by HOSIAS. A relationship to the same business does not by itself give one member access to another member's private Questions, Decisions, Notes, conversations or other private workspace data, including where one person is a former executive and another is the current executive of that business.
HOSIAS may allow you to choose a preferred display/content language and may detect the language of submitted content to provide translation, retrieval and presentation functions. The initial interface may be English even where member-authored content is submitted or displayed in another language.
7. Questions, Decisions and business problems
Questions, business problems and Decision records submitted to HOSIAS are private by default. HOSIAS may process them to understand the business context, retrieve relevant Experience, create intelligence, perform matching, preserve an evidence snapshot of what was known at the time of a Decision, record actions/outcomes/later updates and generate relevant product notifications.
Submitting a question or creating a Decision does not make it public or create a public post. A private Decision, Question or business-journey record does not automatically become a contributed Experience. Where HOSIAS offers a function to turn private decision history into an Experience, that requires a separate, explicit submission by you.
8. Experiences
An Experience is a member-contributed account of a real business situation, decision, action and outcome or subsequent development.
You are responsible for ensuring that an Experience you submit is based on your genuine experience and that you have the right to provide the information it contains.
You must not submit information that you are not legally entitled to disclose, including another person's personal data, trade secrets, confidential information, or information protected by an NDA or other confidentiality obligation, unless you have a lawful basis and authorization to do so.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information or special-category personal data in an Experience.
HOSIAS may structure, classify, summarize, contextualize and analyze an Experience, but it must not knowingly change the factual meaning of the member's account or present user-reported information as independently verified fact.
9. Rights to member content and licence to HOSIAS
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit to HOSIAS, including your Experiences.
By submitting content for use in HOSIAS, you grant HOSIAS a non-exclusive licence, for as long as necessary to provide the Service and subject to your withdrawal/deletion rights, to host, store, reproduce, process, structure, analyze, anonymize, match, retrieve, translate and present that content as necessary to operate HOSIAS, create Evidence and Intelligence, enable cross-language use, and provide the functions described in these Terms.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your original content to HOSIAS and does not permit HOSIAS to use your content for unrelated purposes.
10. Editing and withdrawing Experiences
You may edit your Experience or request that it be withdrawn.
When an Experience is withdrawn, HOSIAS will stop using it for future retrieval and new matching and will invalidate active search/index derivatives used to surface it. Historical system records may retain the fact that a specific version existed and was used at a particular time where necessary to preserve the integrity of a historical Decision/evidence record, auditability, security or legal requirements, but withdrawn source content must not become newly accessible merely because it was referenced historically. If the source content itself must be removed, a historical record may instead show that the source is no longer available.
If an Experience has already contributed to genuinely anonymized Intelligence that can no longer be linked to you or a specific company, that anonymized output may remain.
11. Private Notes
Private Notes are a private workspace feature.
HOSIAS Intelligence does not use Private Notes for Ask HOSIAS, matching, indexing, embeddings or model training. Other members cannot see them. HOSIAS's Owner, staff and administrative product interfaces do not provide routine access to the content of Private Notes, and Private Notes are excluded from HOSIAS Intelligence and matching workflows.
If you choose Use in HOSIAS, HOSIAS creates a separate submitted copy for use in the Service. The original private Note remains private.
12. AI-assisted functions
HOSIAS may use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to structure member Experiences, identify relevant context, retrieve and compare experiences, support matching and generate business intelligence.
AI is a tool used by HOSIAS; it is not the source of the underlying human experience. HOSIAS does not authorize access, verification or other high-impact account decisions solely through an AI provider. Automated assistance may support retrieval, moderation triage or operational workflows, but applicable human review and server-side authorization controls remain separate from the AI provider.
When external AI infrastructure is used, HOSIAS will minimize the data sent to the provider and will use provider arrangements/configurations intended not to permit the provider to use HOSIAS user content to train its own models.
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You should evaluate the underlying context and evidence before relying on an output.
Automated translation and language handling
HOSIAS is designed so member-authored content can be processed across languages. Where translation is enabled, HOSIAS may automatically detect a source language and create machine-translated versions of Experiences, Questions, Intelligence outputs, profile/context text or problem-bound messages for display in another member's preferred language.
The original member-authored text remains the underlying source content. A machine translation is a derived presentation aid and does not replace or transfer ownership of the original. Where the interface provides it, members may inspect the original text. HOSIAS may also provide an optional English view of a cross-language conversation; that view is not a separate or authoritative conversation record.
Machine translation can contain errors, omit nuance or render specialist/legal/regulatory terminology imperfectly. For material details such as numbers, dates, currencies, names, contract terms or regulatory information, members should check the available original source and obtain appropriate professional assistance where necessary. HOSIAS does not guarantee translation accuracy.
Where an external translation or AI provider is used, HOSIAS will apply the same data-minimization and provider safeguards described above and will disclose the actual provider category/configuration in the Privacy Policy/subprocessor information before relevant real-user processing is activated.
13. Matches, threads and conversations
A qualified match is created only when HOSIAS determines that the available experience is sufficiently relevant to a particular business problem under HOSIAS's matching rules. Zero matches is a valid result.
Threads and conversations are problem-bound. They are not a general messaging system and do not create unrestricted access to other members. Invitations may be accepted, declined, revoked or expire. A declined or expired invitation does not create an ongoing right to contact the other member. HOSIAS may close or safety-lock a conversation where required by account status, moderation or security controls.
Where translation is enabled, members may write in different languages and receive machine-translated message views. The absence of a shared spoken/written language does not itself create a right to contact another member; the normal qualified-match, invitation and access rules still apply.
You must use conversations professionally and only for purposes consistent with HOSIAS.
14. Conduct and prohibited content
You must not use HOSIAS to:
- submit illegal content;
- harass, bully, threaten or attack other people;
- publish hate speech or unlawful discriminatory content;
- impersonate another person or provide materially false verification information;
- disclose private, confidential or protected information without authorization;
- spam, manipulate, deceive or artificially influence matching, authority or product signals;
- use Experience content primarily as advertising, self-promotion or a sales pitch;
- attempt to bypass access controls, security restrictions or account gating;
- scrape, extract or systematically copy account-gated HOSIAS knowledge except where HOSIAS expressly permits it;
- interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
15. Reporting and content moderation
HOSIAS provides reporting mechanisms for specific content and events, including reports relating to bullying/harassment, hate speech, threats, personal attacks, spam/manipulation, sharing private/confidential information and other concerns.
Where available, use the Report control next to the relevant content. A notice of allegedly illegal content may also be submitted to [HOSIAS CONTACT EMAIL]. To allow HOSIAS to identify and assess the item without unnecessary delay, the notice should include: (i) a sufficiently explained reason why the content is alleged to be illegal, (ii) the exact location or other information needed to identify the content, and (iii) contact information for the person or entity submitting the notice, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Where applicable, HOSIAS will confirm receipt of a sufficiently actionable illegal-content notice without undue delay and will communicate the decision concerning the notified content, including available avenues of redress. HOSIAS processes such notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. If automated tools materially assist the review or decision, HOSIAS will disclose that where required by applicable law.
HOSIAS may use human review and, where appropriate, automated tools to assist moderation. HOSIAS may request a correction, restrict visibility, hide, withdraw or remove content where necessary for safety, privacy, confidentiality, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms. HOSIAS will not use moderation as a basis to rewrite the substantive meaning of a member's Experience.
Where required by applicable law, HOSIAS will provide a clear and specific reason for a content or account restriction, including relevant redress information. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact HOSIAS using the contact email above.
16. Suspension and termination by HOSIAS
HOSIAS may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently close an account if, depending on the seriousness and circumstances, a member:
- provides materially false verification information;
- repeatedly or seriously violates these Terms;
- submits illegal or harmful content;
- manipulates or attempts to manipulate HOSIAS;
- compromises the security or integrity of the Service; or
- uses HOSIAS in a way materially inconsistent with its intended purpose.
For ordinary violations, HOSIAS will generally try to provide notice or a warning before permanent closure. Serious abuse, security incidents or legal requirements may justify immediate restriction or suspension.
17. Deleting your account
You may stop using HOSIAS at any time and may request permanent account deletion. HOSIAS intends to provide a Delete account function in Settings with an additional confirmation step. If that function is not yet available during the Service, deletion can be requested through the HOSIAS contact email.
Account deletion is separate from cancellation of any future paid plan.
After account deletion:
- personal account data will be deleted or anonymized without undue delay, subject to legal/security retention requirements;
- an Experience may remain only if it has been effectively anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you or a specific company; if effective anonymization is not possible, it will be removed;
- messages you previously sent in existing problem-bound threads may remain to preserve the continuity of shared conversation history, but the author may be displayed neutrally, for example as Deleted member;
- content that must be removed for legal, privacy or safety reasons will be removed or appropriately anonymized;
- active indexes, search derivatives and other operational copies used to surface deleted private data will be deleted or invalidated as part of the deletion process, subject to limited protected backups and legally necessary restricted records.
18. Operational notifications
HOSIAS may send service communications necessary to operate the account and product, including:
- email confirmation and password reset messages;
- verification status and account-security messages;
- important changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
- notifications that a new qualified match is available;
- notifications that you may have relevant experience for another business problem;
- messages or invitations related to a problem-bound thread;
- outcome follow-up where relevant to an active business journey.
Some operational or security communications are necessary to provide or protect the account and cannot be disabled where they are required for the Service or by law. Other value notifications may be configurable through notification preferences where the product permits.
HOSIAS does not use the account signup to enroll members in marketing or promotional email. Marketing/newsletters are not part of the current launch scope.
19. Plans and billing
HOSIAS may offer Free and Paid plans. The current product configuration is Free with 1 Full Ask total, not per month, and one paid plan at USD 49 per month, labeled Founding Price. One Full Ask consists of one main question plus up to three same-case follow-ups. Match Discovery is separate; a result with no qualified matches does not consume a Full Ask. Current plan limits and prices may be changed prospectively with appropriate notice where required.
Payment does not change evidence relevance, verification, Authority or the quality standard applied to matching. Cancellation of a Paid subscription does not itself delete the member account or member data.
20. No guarantee of outcomes
HOSIAS provides business experience intelligence and information about what happened in other business situations. It does not make business decisions for you and does not guarantee that a particular action will produce the same or any particular result in your business.
Member Experiences may be subjective, incomplete, outdated or not independently verified. Context matters. Machine translations may also contain errors or loss of nuance and should not be treated as independently verified translations.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions and for obtaining professional legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment or other specialist advice where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Intellectual property in HOSIAS
HOSIAS's software, interface, design, branding, databases, matching systems, documentation and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database laws to the extent such rights exist.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no HOSIAS intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
Your rights in your own submitted content are governed by Section 9.
22. Technical requirements and security
To use HOSIAS you need internet access, a current web browser capable of running the Service, JavaScript where required, and a functioning email account for authentication and operational messages.
HOSIAS uses technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the Service, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
You must not attempt to defeat HOSIAS's authentication, authorization, verification, access-control or security mechanisms.
23. Complaints and service issues
A complaint or service issue may be submitted to [HOSIAS CONTACT EMAIL — TO BE ADDED BEFORE LAUNCH].
Please include enough information to identify your account (normally the account email), describe the issue and state what resolution you are requesting. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
HOSIAS will review complaints without undue delay and may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
24. Changes to these Terms
HOSIAS may update these Terms when required by law, security needs, material product changes or the development of the Service.
Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner. Where renewed acceptance is legally or contractually required, HOSIAS will request it before the updated Terms become binding for the relevant use.
If you do not agree to a material update, you may stop using HOSIAS and request account deletion.
25. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory rights or conflict-of-law rules that apply regardless of this choice.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland unless mandatory law requires another court or jurisdiction.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to try to resolve the issue through the complaint/contact process described above.
26. Language
The governing version of these Terms for the Service is the English version. Any translation made available for convenience is informational, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
27. Entire Terms and severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific rules expressly incorporated into them, govern the use of HOSIAS.
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
